Grant money will be directly distributed to the clinic or servicing agency.
Can grant money be used to pay for previous fertility treatment, adoption, and surrogacy costs?
No, grant money may only be used for subsequent infertility associated costs.
Can applicants apply more than once?
Individuals are invited to apply up to one time per year.
How long does the grant recipient have to use the grant money?
All grant monies must be used within twelve months from the date awarded. Remaining funds after the twelfth month will be deposited back into the foundation’s grant pool.
What is medically diagnosed infertility?
Medical infertility refers to the inability of a sexually active, non-contracepting couple to achieve pregnancy after 12 or more months due to complications with either partner’s reproductive system. Applicants must provide proof of diagnosis from a certified physician.
