While I've been extremely fortunate to have a strong support network and the financial resources to continue pursuing fertility treatments, I know that's not always the case for many military couples. That's why it's so important to me that we support these deserving men and women by giving them the hope and opportunity they need to achieve their dream of becoming parents."

"Operation Baby's mission is deeply personal to me. After witnessing how this issue affects soldiers and their families first-hand, Emma and I were determined to find a way to ease their burden. Our foundation has allowed us to give back to the community that we love by creating access to more opportunities for military families who are struggling with infertility. Our vision is to ensure that no service-member has to abandon their dream of starting a family due to financial constraints and I'm honored to work with a fantastic group of like-minded people who are dedicated to achieving that goal."

"Prior to conceiving my first child, my husband and I had been trying to get pregnant for 18 months and during that time also suffered an early loss. Desperate for answers, we decided to pursue a fertility specialist. After finding out that our military healthcare did not allow for fertility consultation or treatment, we decided to carry on by paying for it out of pocket - a cost we understand not all can take on. Thanks to our incredible doctors, we found the answers we were looking for and fortunately become pregnant with our daughter. I want nothing more than to give other couples the same opportunity to start or add to their family."
