Applications will open January 30th and grant awardees will be notified at the end of National Infertility Awareness Week (April 19-25).

Operation Baby provides awards grants to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements:

Must be an active duty service member, spouse (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, Space Force), veteran OR the surviving spouse of a service member deceased while on active duty

Must be diagnosed with medical infertility (Diagnosis form located below)
